• Read and understand the Consent Agreement before making any deposits.
• Accept that all investment decisions carry risk and returns are not guaranteed.

4. Consent to Investment Management

By proceeding with any investment, you:

• Voluntarily consent to have your funds managed by Boluwatife Akanni through the VestFX platform.
• Agree to the terms stated in the Consent Letter.
• Understand the chosen plan (3, 6, or 12 months) and potential returns (10–15% monthly).
• Acknowledge that early withdrawals may forfeit accrued returns.

5. Returns and Withdrawals

Returns are credited monthly based on your selected plan. Withdrawals can only be made at the end of the investment term. Early withdrawal may lead to loss of interest or penalties.

6. Risk Disclosure

Investing involves risks, including the loss of capital. VestFX does not offer financial or investment advice. You are responsible for understanding the risks before investing.

7. Fees and Charges

VestFX may apply management or processing fees. All fees will be clearly communicated before any transaction.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. While we use security best practices, no online platform is completely secure.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content (text, design, logo, etc.) belongs to VestFX. Reproduction or misuse is prohibited without consent.

10. Termination of Account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior.

11. Limitation of Liability

VestFX is not liable for any loss of funds, profits, or indirect damages. Your use of the platform is at your own risk, within the scope of Nigerian law.

12. Modifications

These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of VestFX means acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled under Nigerian jurisdiction.
